What services does Up-Lifted provide?

Our services are organized around six areas:

  • Newcomer information and resources
  • Community and well-being support
  • Referrals to qualified professionals and community organizations
What makes Up-Lifted different from free settlement organizations?

Many government-funded and community organizations provide free newcomer services. Up-Lifted does not replace those services.

Our purpose is to provide an additional, convenient and technology-enabled service for people who want structured support, personalized resources, digital tools, career assistance, housing-navigation support and centralized access to information and referrals.

Where a free government or community service can appropriately meet a client's need, we may direct the client to that resource.

No. Some information and community resources may be available without a paid membership. Certain personalized, premium or subscription-based services may require payment.

The price and services included in each membership or paid service will always be displayed before payment.

Why would I pay for Up-Lifted if some newcomer services are free?

Government and community organizations provide many valuable free services.

Up-Lifted's paid services are designed to provide additional convenience, personalization, digital tools, structured guidance and premium support that may not be available through every free service.

We encourage newcomers to use appropriate free government and community resources as well as Up-Lifted services.
