One Path. Three Pillars.
A Toronto-based for-profit social enterprise helping newcomers build pathways to housing, employment, education and economic self-reliance.
We generate revenue by providing practical services and tools to newcomers, employers and other organizations. We reinvest the majority of our profits or surplus into expanding our social mission and improving access, resources, technology and newcomer outcomes.
We are not replacing Canada's free settlement system β we help you navigate it and understand how it works.
We also offer optional premium support if you need further assistance. See our Free Newcomer Resources.
Professional newcomer support, digital tools, and personalized guidance.
Our service boundary: Up-Lifted is your navigator and coordinator β not a replacement for licensed professionals.
We provide information, organization, planning, checklists, document-preparation support, job-search support, education research, referrals, navigation, coaching, marketplace products, connections and technology. We do not independently provide legal or immigration representation/advice, regulated health treatment, licensing or government eligibility decisions, or guaranteed employment or housing.

Up-Lifted is a social enterprise founded by Keiday Ali and Εukasz Niparko to fill a critical gap in newcomer settlement services by offering information, housing, education, and job opportunities all at once.
Starting in Toronto with Keiday leading Canadian operations, and Εukasz expanding our reach across the United States, Up-Lifted is building a transnational network of support that follows newcomers from their first day to their full integration into North American society.
